Rebecca Eckstein, MA, CEC, PCC

Executive Coach and Consultant

Rebecca Eckstein is an executive coach and enrollment management consultant in higher education, certified by the International Coaching Federation.  She specializes in leadership coaching.  An avid supporter of colleges and universities, Ms. Eckstein has coached and consulted globally within the education industry, healthcare, finance, IT and transportation.

 

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Accounting and Computer Science from Mary Baldwin University

  • Master's degree in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Computational Science from Hollins University

  • Certified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF)

  • Certification in Neuroscience in Business from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)

  • Certification in Coaching in Leadership and Healthcare from Harvard Medical School

  • Certified in the PXT Select assessment tool

 

She is published in educational journals, appears on television and speaks nationally on subjects related to education, success and team dynamics.  In 2013, she starred in a reality television show aired in India, The College Hunt, USA.  In 2015, she won a Telly award for a creative educational video, and in 2016 and 2017 she served on the U.S. Presidential Scholarship Review Committee.  She serves on the Community Foundation of the Virgin Islands and on the "No Place for Hate" as a scholarship judge, annually.  In 2019 and 2020 she was featured on Business Talk Radio for her coaching for success and In 2022, won an executive coaching award in CEO Today magazine.

She is a member of ICF, HECA, NACAC, SACAC, and IOC.
