Sample Coaching Program

We offer unique and customized coaching programs to fit your professional needs, increasing your confidence and growth potential to create influential leaders.  Our program includes:

- Client relationship strategy and goal setting (initial meeting) to develop milestones and actionable strategy.

- PXT Select™ and 360-Feedback assessment for team members with direct reports.

- 6 month coaching (12 one-hour sessions) by certified coach (ICF and CEC) to discuss actions, progress and develop accountability for your goals.  All coaching is by phone or video.

- Coaching centers around developing strategic awareness, confidence, leadership presence, team alignment and soft skills necessary today.

- Customized programs include change managment, re-organizing for desirable outcomes within your organization, growth mindsets, succession planning, developing high performers, team alignment, and creating strategic plans.
