Service Description

How would you like to attend a class 2 hours, monthly for 6 months and get the answers you seek to leadership questions like emotional intelligence, resilience, change, motivation, goal setting and risks. This group (8-12) will discuss and achieve their success to these dynamic leadership questions. Each participant will receive 2, 1:1 coaching sessions with Dean Eckstein as well as a PXT Select Assessment with 7 reports to develop their plan, readings and suggested methodologies. Each 2 hr virtual group session will be divided into accountability with 6 new challenge areas, leadership content and monthly goal setting and commitments.
